Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required to book, but 100% of it goes towards your service! If you need to reschedule your appointment you can do so at least 48 hours in advance via instagram dm, text, call, or email! Any reschedules after the 48 hour window will result in a $15 add on fee to your next appointment(Only half of your deposit will go towards your service)! However canceling and rescheduling 2 or less hours before your appointment will result in me keeping the full deposit! All canceled appointments/nocallnoshows will not receive back deposits. No late fees are being charged, but appointments will be canceled if more than 20 minutes late! Please try your best to be on time and be ready to leave with the best nails in Chicago!
